This Privacy Policy applies to the BandPro iOS application and related services provided by the BandPro developer, referred to in this policy as “we,” “us,” or “our.”

Please read this policy carefully before using BandPro. We process information only when it is reasonably necessary to provide a clearly identified feature. Where separate consent or an iOS system authorization is required, you remain free to grant or deny that request.

2. Information We Handle and How We Use It

The information handled by BandPro depends on the features you use, the connected device model, your region, and the permissions you grant.

2.1 Watch and Connection Information

• To discover, pair, connect, and manage a watch, BandPro may handle Bluetooth status, device name, device identifiers, MAC address or an equivalent identifier, serial number, model, firmware version, battery level, connection state, and device capability information.
• This information is used for Bluetooth communication, device binding and unbinding, reconnection, firmware updates, watch-face and resource transfers, troubleshooting, and compatibility support.

2.2 Health, Sleep, and Activity Information

• When you connect a compatible watch and enable the relevant features, BandPro may read steps, distance, calories, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, activity type, workout duration, pace, route points, and similar measurements from the watch.
• This information is used to display trends and records, generate statistics, and synchronize information with the watch at your direction.
• BandPro provides general wellness and activity information only. It is not a medical device and must not be used as a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

2.3 Location, Weather, Maps, and Navigation

• When you use outdoor activities, local weather, maps, route planning, or navigation, BandPro may handle your precise or approximate location, activity route, origin, destination, place searches, route options, and navigation state.
• If you expressly grant “Always” location access while an applicable feature is active, BandPro may continue accessing location in the background for ongoing navigation or local weather updates to the watch.
• You may change location access to “While Using the App” or disable it at any time in iOS Settings.

2.4 Camera, Photos, Videos, and Local Files

• When you use scanning, photography, custom watch faces, or photo and video synchronization, BandPro handles only the images, videos, or files you choose to capture or select.
• Selected content is used for local editing, recognition, or transfer to a connected watch. We do not use the full media content you select to build advertising profiles.

3. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be provided only to the extent necessary in the following circumstances:

1. At your direction: when you expressly authorize information to be provided to a recipient you select.
2. To provide a requested feature: when a service provider must process the minimum information needed for maps, place search, weather, navigation, content delivery, or other functions you choose to use.
3. Between your devices: when BandPro transfers health and activity information, weather, images, videos, watch faces, or other resources between your iPhone and connected watch through Bluetooth or a local network.
4. Legal requirements: when disclosure is required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid request from an authorized public body.
5. Business reorganization: if the service is involved in a merger, division, or asset transfer, the successor must continue to protect information under this policy or obtain your consent to materially different practices.

We require service providers to process information only for the agreed purpose, within the necessary scope, and with protections consistent with applicable law.

4. Storage and Security

4.1 Storage Location and Retention

• Information needed only for local features is stored primarily on your iPhone or connected watch.
• Online content and information required for network features may be processed on servers used to provide those features, subject to applicable law.
• Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
• Uninstalling BandPro generally removes data in the app's local container, but it may not remove information already synchronized to your watch or retained in a system backup.

4.2 Security Measures

We use reasonable access controls, least-privilege practices, transmission safeguards, and security updates to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No internet, Bluetooth, or storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Access or correct information: review and correct information through the relevant BandPro feature where available.
• Withdraw permissions: disable Bluetooth, location, camera, photos, motion and fitness, local network, or notification access in iOS Settings.
• Delete local information: remove records, materials, or caches through the relevant feature, unbind your watch, or uninstall BandPro.
• Restrict or object to processing: stop using the applicable feature, withdraw permission, or contact us about a specific processing activity.
• Ask questions or complain: request an explanation of this policy or contact us if you believe your information has been handled improperly.

6. Children's Privacy

BandPro is not designed specifically for children. A person below the age at which they may independently consent under local law should use BandPro only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. A guardian who believes that a child has provided information without valid consent may contact us to request appropriate action.

7. International Processing

When you use a feature that operates across regions, information required for that feature may be processed in the location where the service operates. Where required, reasonable safeguards will be applied, such as limiting the processing scope, performing security assessments, using contractual protections, or obtaining separate consent.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy when BandPro features, service arrangements, or legal requirements change. If a change may materially affect your rights, we will provide notice through the app, this page, or another reasonable channel and obtain consent when required.
